Listed as Production No. 5915, it consists of three clear plastic transparencies and four sheets of art paper that depict a baby with a lamp shade on his/her head. Unfortunately, my research failed to identify the title of animation production number '5915'. Date of production also unknown, but is certainly prior to 1980 based on other similar items I had. Perhaps it was a production that was never completed. I acquired this set as part of an estate from a former Disney employee. The set measures 12.5" x 15.5".
